St. Elizabeth School seeks a passionate and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This part time role is critical in advancing the school’s mission by enhancing its visibility, engaging key stakeholders, and supporting enrollment efforts. The Marketing Associate will collaborate with administration, faculty, and staff to create compelling content, manage communications, and promote the school’s unique values and traditions.

Responsibilities

Develop, write, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and newsletters.
Manage the school’s website to ensure timely updates, accurate information, and dynamic visuals.
Create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and videos that align with the school’s brand.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns to support enrollment, retention, and fundraising goals.
Analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and propose adjustments.
Collaborate with the admissions team to highlight events like open houses, shadow days, and placement exams.
Work with the Advancement and Admissions offices to promote school events and coordinate marketing efforts for initiatives such as Day of Giving and Open House.
Capture photos and videos during school events to share on digital platforms.
Act as a liaison with marketing vendors such as photographers, videographers, and designers to support marketing initiatives.
Identify opportunities to showcase student achievements, service activities, and community involvement.
Maintain and uphold St. Elizabeth School’s brand identity across all communications.
Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals in all marketing materials.
The ability to wear multiple hats in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications & Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of Catholic education or a willingness to learn and align with the school’s mission and values.

Additional Requirements
This is an onsite position at St. Elizabeth School; remote work is not available.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Type II background check required prior to employment.
Submission of a verified portfolio demonstrating writing samples, social media campaigns, and marketing materials is mandatory.
